Michelle is perfection when it comes to all things real estate. She has helped our family numerous times now between our parents and my husband and I and is professional, super responsive, knowledgeable, detailed and a great problem solver. She is assertive but patient and always had our best interests in mind. It was a complex sale process since we were in a contingency sale process and she handled it flawlessly, representing us as our listing agent and our buying agent. Her bright personality is great when you spend so much time looking for the perfect home -- in our case, three months of searching and she kept us motivated and enthusiastic through the whole thing. On day one she got our contact preferences, set up a group text, and made sure we could reach her via email. We never went more than a few minutes without a text reply to our questions, and even more complex emails were usually addressed in less than an hour. She must have some kind of super powers, because I don't know how she was always there for us and always a happy face no matter the circumstances. In the end, she helped us find the diamond in the rough that we were looking for. She didn't stop there, helping us through the closing process, explaining all the documents and helping us get answers, and of course celebrating with us. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who needs a realtor who can keep moving at a fast pace, cater to your needs, and make you feel comfortable with the whole process.
