Sandy Baker was our real estate agent for the sale of our house on Brophy and the purchase of our townhome in Brighton. We’ve known Sandy for a long time and she helped our daughter sell a house also. We’ve always known her to be a straighter shooter when it came to her thoughts on a property whether purchasing or selling one. She very diligent when looking for properties for her clients. She went over with us what we were looking for in a new place as well as assessed the value of the property we were selling. We probably looked at a dozen properties before finding the one we actually purchased. We had lived it the house we sold for 45 years and had never purchased or sold another property ever. So knowing her prior to getting into this process, created a bond and a confidence factor between us. We relied on her expertise a whole lot when discussing anything and pretty much everything that arose regarding the purchasing and selling of our properties. Pretty much as they say “put the ball in her court and let her run with it”!!! Which she did and did a great job with the whole process and it is definitely a process. If you are in search of a knowledgeable, diligent, well respected in her field person, I don’t think you’d have to go any farther than speaking to Sandy Baker. She certainly has our vote!! Sandy Baker was our real estate agent from Preview Properities in Brighton, MI. From the time we sat down with her when we first met until the day we finally closed on our house she made herself accessible and answered any and every question we had along the way. And if she didn’t immediately have the answer she would follow through and find out for us. She found properties for us to look at once we provided her with what are wishes were until we’re finally found the right one. She is very knowledgeable in the real estate business and will help you to find the right place!! She has many contacts with other realtors and is very well respected within the real estate market in the area. She follows through and for us as first time buyers helped make a stressful and tedious situation a lot easier to handle. Knowing that we could contact her and ask questions and always receive a response made selling our house and searching and eventually purchasing a new one made going through that whole process much more tolerable.
