Sandy Baker was our real estate agent for the sale of our house on Brophy and the purchase of our townhome in Brighton. We’ve known Sandy for a long time and she helped our daughter sell a house also. We’ve always known her to be a straighter shooter when it came to her thoughts on a property whether purchasing or selling one. She very diligent when looking for properties for her clients. She went over with us what we were looking for in a new place as well as assessed the value of the property we were selling. We probably looked at a dozen properties before finding the one we actually purchased. We had lived it the house we sold for 45 years and had never purchased or sold another property ever. So knowing her prior to getting into this process, created a bond and a confidence factor between us. We relied on her expertise a whole lot when discussing anything and pretty much everything that arose regarding the purchasing and selling of our properties. Pretty much as they say “put the ball in her court and let her run with it”!!! Which she did and did a great job with the whole process and it is definitely a process.
