Priscilla Watts and her team - especially Jackie, were all wonderful, professional, thorough and very easy to work with. This was actually the first house I have ever purchased, so I had a lot of questions?? Priscilla was very patient and always happy to answer my questions or look into getting any information I needed. I was going thru a difficult time and we spent a couple months just viewing properties - not sure if I was ready to actually purchase a home. Priscilla assured me there was no rush, and told me we would keep looking - and I would know when I found the right home. She was exactly right !!! I was really impressed how thorough Priscilla was walking thru homes. She pointed out both the great aspects of the house and also the issues. Priscilla made me feel very confident in my decision and the whole process. I was also impressed with her strong negotiating skills to make sure the seller considered my offer. Priscilla was referred by a family member, and I would definitely refer her to everyone I know who is buying or selling a home. Thank you for everything Priscilla and Jackie !!!!

Priscilla's expertise at all steps of the home buying process were invaluable. She was responsive, respectful, and treated us like family. On our tours, she noticed details that we was first-time buyers had missed. When putting together our offer, she helped us create a killer deal. Her recommended inspectors and lenders were absolutely perfect for us, and it was clear that they were genuine recommendations and not just people out for an extra cut. Although I am a natural worrier, Priscilla's excellent communication during the closing process kept me informed at all stages. It moved quickly and without incident. Whenever Priscilla was unavailable, her assistant Jackie treated us with exactly the same care and respect as Priscilla. Absolutely recommend.
