I have diverse sales background that provides the knowledge and experience required to negotiate the best possible outcomes for my clients. Growing up in Howell Michigan on a purebred Angus cattle farm I learned the work ethic that provides a “Whatever It Takes” attitude to getting my clients the outcomes they are looking for.
After graduating with a degree in Business Marketing from Oklahoma State University I went to work for The Charles Machine Works, Inc. in Perry Oklahoma (the manufacturer of Ditch Witch equipment), the worldwide leader in the underground construction equipment industry. Over the course of 12 years in the sales department I achieved the National Sales Manager position responsible for North American sales in excess of $300 million annually.
In 2001, I left the corporate sales world to move back home and join my family’s real estate business, Preview Properties. Over the next 7 years myself and a group of Preview Properties agents acquired the business from my parents, and I became the majority owner in 2007.
Throughout the last 18 years of selling real estate in Livingston County I have successfully helped nearly 900 clients buy and sell residential, commercial and development property in excess of $200 million dollars in value.
Over 30 years in sales has provided the experience needed to identify client needs, match those needs to the properties that my clients are interested in selling or purchasing and negotiate the best possible outcome in both value and terms. That market knowledge and experience is what sets me apart from other Realtors.
I have served as a board member of the Livingston County Association of Realtors from 2010-2016, including a term as President. I was recognized by the Livingston County Association of Realtors as the 2012 Realtor of the Year, the 2014 Volunteer of the year and am regularly recognized by Hour Detroit magazine as one of the top 5% of southeastern Michigan Realtors. I currently have the honor of serving a 5th consecutive term as the Board Chairman of Realcomp, the regional Multi-List system for Southeastern Michigan that includes over 15,000 Realtors.
