Scott and his team were incredibly knowledgeable about the current market, what potential buyers were looking for, as well as the realities of the process of selling a home. He was incredibly responsive as well as respectful of my questions. He priced our home perfectly, we had showings booked within an hour of its listing, and we accepted a fantastic offer after 3 days. Everything he said would happen with the house did! There are many realtors out there, but he is one of the best.
