Bob is a fantastic agent. This is our second go-round as he helped me sell my home 4+ years ago after a horrible experience with an ineffective agent that I had to fire. Most recently, he helped me find my new home in this crazy market, which took almost a year. We had my condo listed within a week of finding my new home. It sold over asking after being on the market for only 2 days with multiple offers.
