I would give Louis Wery 10 stars if I could! As executor of my father's estate, I contracted with Louis to sell my father's property of 28 acres which included a house on Palma Sola Bay and a nursery. During the time it was on the market, there was an economic recession and a coronavirus, but Louis worked hard to find buyers and kept in touch with me while he was doing it.. I have never had a realtor that kept me informed like he did. Louis is the benchmark that all realtors should be measured against.

Toi is very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and insightful. The market was undergoing some changes and it the market analysis was key to determine the right price. As the seller, this is the most important task and Toi added many significant insights on how to interpret past sales and current listings--far more than just reading the data. When showing the house, Toi added significant value from her knowledge of the area and many of the HOA and club specifics. But I think of great value was her ability to recognize unspoken buyer concerns and offer design insights or decorating ideas that allowed them to visualize the house as a fit. I know this brought in more offers as it was a high effective presentation of my home. Finally, there were a lot of last-minute events from buyers and vendors in which Toi coordinated everything in real-time and it all work out. Toi is a solid professional and I highly recommend her.
