You want it to go perfectly and be exciting as it is such a big life event. We raised our two Sons (now grown) in Sarasota. Carolyn has been there during that time with our expanding and contracting family and purchases and sales of three moves. Our last purchase, was during the current crazy real estate market (including the Covid-economy), and we were moving back to Sarasota from working in Houston.
