ZIAD M. SLEIT A native of Lebanon and one of nine children, Ziad Sleit and his older brother, at the prompting of their parents and to escape the civil war, were sent to the United States to pursue their higher education. Ziad earned a Bachelor’s degree from Wilmington College, in Ohio, where he majored in Accounting and Economics and went on to earn his MBA degree from Wright State University also in Ohio. In doing so, not only did he graduate with honors but also earned the distinction of being the youngest student to graduate from both universities. In 1984, after spending a number of years in the hotel industry in Texas, Ziad decided to make Sarasota home along with some of his family who missed living on the Mediterranean Sea and decided the Gulf of Mexico was the next best thing! He launched an Office Automation Systems business with his brother and their hard work paid off. After a successful run of 13 years, they sold the business and Ziad entered the field of real estate. Never afraid of a challenge, Ziad began buying land, building homes and selling them himself. This process allowed him to see that residential real estate was the perfect fit for him. In 2003 Ziad put all of his efforts into being a luxury real estate agent and quickly rose to the top of his company winning nearly every award possible for high achievers. Wonderful Agents

We had a great experience working with Roberta and Jessica to buy our home in Florida. Since we were purchasing from across the country and weren't able to see the property in person, we really had to put our trust in them—and they did not disappoint. They were always available to answer questions, walk us through the process, and provide honest feedback about the property and area. They went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way, which made buying sight unseen much less stressful than we expected. We're so happy with our new home and grateful for all of their help. We would absolutely recommend Roberta and Jessica to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
