We came down to Florida with the intention to rent first and found ourselves very frustrated with the lack of help from people we were contacting. With the competition in the real estate market for a good agent, I was not looking forward to this experience. However either all the agents are like Jon or we got really lucky! Living in Minnesota and having a home in Florida was a challenge but Jon made every problem look like a day at the beach. I know what I want and can be demanding but Jon exceeded my expectations, literally, on every account. We looked for a home while deciding to move and when were ready, Jon found us an incredible home and negotiated a wonderful price.
