Jon served as our agent when we were in the process of relocating from Arizona to the Sarasota area. We focused on Longboat Key and The Oaks in Osprey and were open to buying an existing home, condominium, or lot. Our search took place over an 18 month period and included offers on a lot, condo, and ultimately the purchase of our single family home in The Oaks. Jon was always well prepared, listened to our comments, and was willing to give advice when asked. He had an excellent understanding of both the Longboat and Sarasota markets and proactively maintained contact with us and kept us advised when new properties came on the market as the time for our move approached. He was willing to offer guidance when we made offers. He was also helpful referring us to service providers needed for inspections associated with the closing.
