She has a great ability to gather the comps in the neighborhood to get a good price to offer to the seller. Mine offer was well belowthe list price and the people accepted it without having to go back and forth with pricing. Christine gave me the name of a mortgage broker, who was wonderful to work with and got me a really low mortgage rate. She also got me in touch with a home inspector, who was reasonably price.
