She was right on with the houses we were looking for and worked very hard to find what we wanted and could afford. What I was not happy with was the closing agent and the fact that the day before the closing I did not receive the amounts we had to wire down until 5:19 PM the night before and our bank was closed very frustrated with that but that was not Alice,s fault it was the sellers request that this person was used. We closed and everything was good.

I worked with Veronika and her husband, Stan, as a team. They were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and had my best interests at heart. Where Veronika mostly handled the paperwork, Stan mostly worked with me on the things that needed to be done on the townhouse. He had a good eye for finding things that needed to be fixed (it was a rehab), little things like paint overspray, gaps in the cabinets, etc., things I would not have not noticed, and he followed up with the seller to make sure all was done.
