This guy right here!! After getting new employment and having to relocate there was more than enough stress involved with a hurry up move and selling of our previous home. With Chads knowledge of the area and our interests in mind he found us a perfect fit and got us in it. Always replied with an answer to many questions we had in a timely fashion. Can't say enough about his courteous and professional attitude and would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home in this crazy real estate market.

Chad was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable about the range of counties and municipalities we looked at homes in. His knowledge and assistance was crucial for me as a first time home-buyer. I would not hesitate to recommend Chad to a family member or friend

Chad Adams was a wonderful agent to work with. He was always easily reachable, regardless of day or time (sorry Chad we bugged you so much!). You can tell he really listens, but more importantly he really can read your reactions and thoughts to places shown without saying a word, and therefore gets to know you and your preferences really fast. He's EXTREMELY patient, I cannot emphasize this enough. I NEVER felt pressured by him to make a purchase, like most real estate agents tend to do, so we felt happy with our final purchase without any regret, even in negotiations. He has a wealth of knowledge too, on the location areas, houses, negotiating, vendors to use, and in general the whole process. I feel he went beyond the duty of a real estate agent. He was a pleasure to work with, especially for first time home buyers like us!

We wanted to move from California to North Carolina and Chad helped us. He patiently guided us to various homes we had chosen on Zillow, but none was just right. He then suggested a home we had not seen online. It was the perfect place and we never would have bought it without Chad's understanding of what we were looking for. From contract to closing, Chad sheperded us through the process, even though we were 2,800 miles away. We love our new home, and Chard made it happen.

Chad was very willing to show us houses for sale in the Winston Salem area. He always kept in contact and updated us on new listings daily. He answered all of our questions. His genuine interest in helping us to find a house that met all of our needs was really appreciated.

Chad was amazing to work with. We had a large area that we were looking and Chad accommodated us at every turn. He was extremely helpful in the process of the purchase of our new home as this was our first home purchase and was very knowledgeable about the steps we needed to take. We love our new home, but if we ever plan another home purchase, Chad will be our first phone call.

Chad was so wonderful to work with! Kind, attentive, responsive... could not have asked for a better realtor. He worked so hard to find us the perfect house in Winston while helping us navigate a cross country move!
