Chad was born and raised in Yadkinville, NC, before heading off to school at Greensboro College. He majored in Exercise Science and Sports Studies.
For the last ten years, he has made it his mission to help individuals generate meaningful goals in conjunction with a client's primary care physician, tailored to an individual's specific needs. This is what lead him to start his Health and Fitness business, TAPE Fitness, LLC. "TAPE" stands for: Trust, Attitude, Perseverance, and Encouragement. He has always been in a position of helping others and what better industry, to transfer the values on which he built his business and the love of helping others, than Real Estate.
During his time working with clients, he met his beautiful wife Merritt, who is from Cary, NC, during her first year of Medical School at Wake Forest. Merritt is now a full-time Physician in Obesity Medicine at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
Merritt has also teamed up with Chad to create the "Adams Duo" here at Hometown Realtors Brokered by eXp Realty. The "Adams Duo" currently reside in the quaint town of Lewisville and are very active individuals, who love to run, workout, and play outside with their 3 dogs named Jackson, Mollie and Rocco. Chad has played soccer since the age of 3 and after playing college soccer, continues to play in several adult leagues here in the Triad.
The "Adams Duo" is looking forward to helping their clients find that perfect dream home, investment/commercial property for various business needs, or vacation home to release all the stress from work. They currently service the Triad as well as the Charlotte market and continue to be Multi-Million Dollar Producers year after year!
