Especially when I was away at a work trip and he made sure both my wife and I were in the loop with everything. Chad also helped make the whole process of home buying less daunting. For us being first time home buyers, it was terrifying. Luckily, Chad guided us through any questions or concerns we had. Chad not only completed the sale, he went above and beyond to help us with giving advice and personal help throughout our move. He and his wife Merritt helped us with our pets!!!!
