Chad helped my wife and I found our current home. He was excellent with communicating with both of us. Especially when I was away at a work trip and he made sure both my wife and I were in the loop with everything. Chad also helped make the whole process of home buying less daunting. For us being first time home buyers, it was terrifying. Luckily, Chad guided us through any questions or concerns we had. We had been working with Chad off and on over about a 2 year span, looking for a retirement home that met our needs. After a while we decided to discontinue looking for a while but I still kept looking at listings periodically. We had oriignally been planning to bbuild a log home on a piece of property we had purchased in Virginia, but had scapped that plan for a vaiety of reasons. But, a log home listing cam up that was interesting and Chad and his wife toured the home with us. Though this home didn't meet our needs, it re-ignited our interest in building a log home. I started looking for properties instead of a home, and found this one which we really liked. Chad helped us acquire additional information which helped us make the decision to move forward, and he guided us through the whole process, making it a very simple transaction for us. I wholehearted endorse Chad for anyone neededing a realtor, and we plan to have him list our existing home when the time comes to move into our new home.
