I have only positive things to say about Chad. He's extremely knowledgeable in his field and helped us tremendously, making the whole process stress-free. We are completely satisfied with his representation. You can't do better than Chad and his company.

Used Chad to look at houses over the last few years and he was always so patient with us as we seemed to find things wrong with all of them until we found Helton Rd. He was very Knowledgeable on what a house was worth and what a good offer was. Loved working with them. The process was pretty easy looking back. But he walked us through every step of the way as we were first time home buyers. Also, the lender he set us up with was FANTASTIC as well, along with the inspector. I fully trusted him with those reccomendations.

I was put on to Chad as my realtor through Zillow and I couldn’t have gotten any more lucky! He’s very professional and he made the whole experience and process very simple and comfortable.

Matt was a good guy. I didn't get the deal that was advertised. Mostly due to the house being foreclosed on and the lender was going to take 6 months to refinance me on old loan. But Matt helped me get the house.

Chad and Merritt Adams go above and beyond in every way. Not only were they extremely helpful and communicative throughout the home buying process (and we were first time buyers, so there was a lot to explain), they continued to stay in touch and make sure we were settling in well long after we closed. They are an amazing, caring husband and wife team who will go the extra mile for you. We would highly recommend (and we did, to our parents, whom they also closed on a house with recently).

We could not have asked for a better Realtor. It was the luck of the draw but we loved Chad and Merritt ❤️

When we made the decision to put our home on the market, Chad was able to get our house sold the same weekend, and for more than the asking price!

Chad is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of homebuying. He has phenomenal skills in the art of negotiation. Not only was he able to make a difficult and trying purchase come to completion, he has remained by our side as we take on renovations to our retirement home. His knowledge and his commitment to us helped us to feel confident in our purchase. Chad was always available to us with any questions or concerns that we had throughout the process.

My husband and I looked for a home for 3 years before finally buying this fall. We used another realtor for the first half of our search, but he wasn’t proactive at all, so we started working with Chad and Merritt. They were on top of sending us properties to check out and helping us get in to showings with our tight schedule. They were patient with helping us find the right home for us at the right price. We would highly recommend!
