I had the opportunity to meet Chad when he agreed to show me 2 properties in North Carolina while I was visiting my niece. I had a very short timeframe, as I was catching a plane back to California the same day. He not only arranged his schedule to show me the properties in my time restrictions, but was able to concisely answer all my questions regarding a real estate transaction in NC. I put in an offer the same day - even though I had really only wanted to check out communities! The challenge could have been communicating and completing documents interstate, and for about a month out of the country. Not a problem. Even with the 5 hour time difference between NC and Ireland, everything went without a hitch. Since I was out of state and out of country, Chad took on extra responsibilities to make my transaction and move worry free. I highly recommend Chad Adams and his wife Merritt. They are an awesome team. I am currently under contract for an additional NC property and they have equally helpful, efficient and diligent.

Chad is a kind, affable, and professional realtor. He made our experience buying homes as enjoyable as possible. We had fun touring homes with him and finding the perfect place for us to settle. He and his wife Merritt are dedicated to their clients and will drop what they are doing to assist you. I never expect this from anyone, but for Chad, it is the default. He is very knowledgeable about the market where we live and gave us solid advice when considering a home.
