What a great agent
From beginning to end of buying our house Josh was so polite, kind, and professional. He makes you feel at ease straight away and goes out of his way to answer all questions and get things done. He was very punctual and very easy to get a hold of. So nice to have a friendly person on the phone to talk to. He is very accessible. Josh helped us in many ways that were over and above by giving us pertinent information how to proceed forward. He really has his clients best interest at heart. The sale became very complicated at closing
I feel that we had some not so every sale problems that Carolina went above and beyond to handle and did a terrific job. We were kept informed daily of progressed would use her again. She always answers all calls immediately

Kirsty Pitts was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the market and how to get my house ready to sell.
Kirsty was a dream to work with! I couldn't have asked for a better agent. She is extremely knowledgeable on the sellers and buyers market. Selling my house was the first time I had to do it by myself and needless to sat, I wa nervous. We were very happy with our experience Bryan . He helped us navigate through the paperwork. On the day of our walk through, we realized the buyer did not want our washer and dryer. Bryan was able to find someone on a Sunday afternoon to come and get it.
