Although I've been 1400 miles distance from the home I purchased in Florida, she gave me the type of service rarely seen or felt if we were in the same county. We opted for the middle-tier package and included the Zillow Showcase, which ensures your property consistently appears at the top of listings (you must do this). Tina was very knowledgeable in purchasing a home in Florida. She assisted us in finding our dream home in the right area with excellent neighborhood. She kept in contact almost daily with new properties on the market with the specific requirements we requests. We purchased this from afar and everything went very smooth. She made sure that we offered a favorable price with getting the offer accepted. She was always available to answer any questions that we had. She did virtual walk through's with the properties. She went the extra mile and even did the final walk through and made sure everything was squared away. She made sure our home was locked up, thermostats set, windows closed, gates shut, and ect...
