Ingrid was an amazing realtor. She was so patient with mine and my wife’s different tastes and wants and she searched for and found the perfect house in the perfect location with the perfect schools for our kid. She made buying a house stress free and fun and she always had our best interests in mind. When it came time to make the deal she was a more than an effective negotiator. She worked with the seller to make several major improvements and a lower price. When it came time for closing she carefully reviewed all documents with knowledge of each item. Ingrid will always be our realtor, but she’s really become close with our family and us with hers. I will always continue to recommend her to any family or friends. The amount of effort and time Carolina put into walking me through the process was unbelievable. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking .
