Mr. Nieves was very friendly, patient, and very supportive in selling my house. He explained to me in the best layman's terms and never gave up on me whenever there were any issues came up that frustrated me. I received a better than expected payment from the sale of my property and he went over all the details of the final sale and answered all my questions as I was a first time seller. Being from out of town trying to sell my parents home wasn't an easy endeavor. Michael had the patience of a Saint. His professionalism keep us on tract as we were jumping all over a new area we were unfamiliar with. He help us redirect us to an area in Harbor Hills Country Club which was just what we were looking for in our retirement years. I would highly recommend him. He was so pleasant to work with, and I know we probably weren't the easiest of clients.
