Working with Christine was such a pleasurable experience. My husband and I are not very experienced at purchasing real estate. She was wonderful (and patient!) at explaining the process. Marc was the listing agent for my home. He did a market comparison and suggested that the home be listed where it would sell quickly, so I could in turn make an offer on my next home. Marc hosted a few open houses himself, and negotiated a full price offer. The buyer never even saw the house in person, Marc worked with her sister who toured the home. The buyer lived across the country. The closing went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the transaction start to finish!

Mary Poillion assisted us in buying our home. We had problems with our mortgage company and she helped get that straightened out. Showed us every place we wanted to see, gave us leads on houses, and made sure we understood everything that was happening. Gave us an expert knowledge and information on the home buying environment in our area. This was extremely helpful in this ever changing selling/buying home market. We would have no problem using Mary as a buyer or sellers agent. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable about any questions we had during this process.

After discussion with Marcolm Davis on listing our home for sale, there was no question as to who we wanted to sell our home. Marcolm did an extensive search of our area, and previous home sales. Marcolm assured us we had prime property to sell, due to location and current homes for sale, and we could expect a fast sale on our property. This is my 3rd transaction and experience with Jorge, and the quality of work and attentiveness is above my expectations. On my last transaction I found out that Jorge got a lower commission from other transactions in the past. I was very impressed to see that he never changed gear with us; in other words he continued to take great care of us through out this process. As I apologetically approached him on the numbers, he explained that building good relationships is way more important to him than numbers. He is ultimately thankful that we chose to trust him in being our realtor. I have also entrusted Jorge to take care of my parents, and they have worked in 2 successful transactions so far. Josh is absolutely wonderful to work with - the best realtor I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful with every detail along the way.
