Kate was referred to me as THE BEST real estate agent in the region where I was looking for a home. We had immediate rapport and she took a personal, genuine interest in me and my search for a home. Kate worked diligently and without ceasing, despite my very quirky, highly specific list of desires for my “perfect home”. (Old Florida home, a place with character, old, but nice, old but renovated; with land, room for vegetable gardens and to grow flowers; a fenced yard for my animals, a gas stove, near cold water springs, quiet, peaceful, relaxing, yet accessible to nearby activities and theme parks). We also did approximately 93% of our business online… via text, phone, and video showings of potential homes. It wasn’t easy home-buying in another region, but Kate understood (military and government and how we often do things a little differently), and she found my home! Every day I want to pinch myself just to make sure it’s real! And IT IS! I’m here in my perfect forever home! It has such character! It is exactly what I wanted - AND - it’s in the perfect town that I never in a million years would have hoped to find! I am ecstatic! Kate is, without a doubt, the best realtor I’ve dealt with in my 42 years of home buying and countless moves with the military and civil service. I am so thankful for her!
