Tiffany went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale of our home. From the very first conversation, Tiffany considered our needs, our budget, and our sale goals. She took the time to understand what we could and could not do and helped us find vendors who could complete some needed home maintenance. She checked on the house for us after we moved out and made sure lights were on or off as needed. She walked us through the entire sale process and helped us choose our buyer. We went to market on a Thursday, and we had five contracts by Friday night. Tiffany supported us throughout the entire exciting and emotional process. With her help, we chose the buyers and sold our home to a wonderful family. Tiffany was available for the inspection and all subsequent buyer visits. The closing was flawless and only took 15 minutes to complete. I would use Tiffany again in the sale or purchase of a home because she genuinely cared about us.

This is the third house I’ve bought/sold with Tiffany and she is awesome to work with. She will literally drop everything to take you to a showing. The house I just purchased had several offers, but I was ultimately chosen because of her creative offer. Can’t recommend her enough.

Tiffany was wonderful to work with in every way you’d want your realtor to work for you—from the initial house search through closing.
