After serving more than 25 years with the State of Michigan’s Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Division. I transitioned my sense of service to the real estate industry. I’m committed to bringing my clients top notch customer service with the honesty and integrity I displayed while serving the people of West Michigan. As a West Michigan native from Holland, and a Muskegon County resident for nearly 25 years, I love the lakeshore communities! Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to reside in other parts of the state including Kent, Ottawa, Montcalm, and Chippewa Counties. These areas have all been great places to call home and each provided a unique experience, but in the end, I chose Muskegon and the lakeshore of West Michigan to live and raise a family! Excellent communicator with a good understanding of value.

Every time Chris received a bid on the property he would call and let me know it was quick and that he felt things were just getting started and so my reply was always affirmative until the several more meaningful offers were made and I finally within just a couple months got my asking price without much if any things I had to pay for. I could not have asked for more from a very polished seller of real estate.

He is a super great guy that makes sure you understand what is going on every step of the way.

Helped find the perfect house

We didn't make it easy: we were moving to the Muskegon area from 500 miles away at a time when there was little inventory that met our needs. Chris was on top of our search every day, and when we agreed on a house, made sure that we got it and also made the process as easy as possible. He provided reliable contacts for tradespeople to get us settled. Throughout the search, Chris was always an advocate and always available. We're happy to recommend him.

Buying a home can be a challenge, but not with an amazing agent like Chris Simpson.

We first met Chris in February, not quite sure what area of town to pick or style home we wanted, he guided us through the process with patience and expertise. He was proactive and responsive throughout the process of viewing homes and making offers. Chris has a very calm demeanor and did not pressure us at any time. In April, Chris navigated us through a few offers and was supportive. When we finally decided on our new home, Chris assisted with contacts for every step of the way. We can’t thank him enough, he made a stressful decision and process much easier and we will definitely request him next time we are in the market and recommend him to family and friends in the area.
