He was proactive and responsive throughout the process of viewing homes and making offers. Chris has a very calm demeanor and did not pressure us at any time. In April, Chris navigated us through a few offers and was supportive. When we finally decided on our new home, Chris assisted with contacts for every step of the way. We can’t thank him enough, he made a stressful decision and process much easier and we will definitely request him next time we are in the market and recommend him to family and friends in the area. It was our first time purchasing a home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Chris was always transparent and helpful. We looked at a lot of fixer-uppers, and he consistently offered his opinion based on past experience, always looking out for our best interests. Once we finally found the home we wanted, the seller turned out to be a major hassle. Without Chris, I would have lost my mind. Between bickering over the addendum and a seller who wouldn’t turn over the keys—almost ending in an eviction suit—Chris was always there. He answered every question, even later in the evening. Not to mention, he continued working after our closing when the seller trespassed on our property! He truly went above and beyond for us, and we were blessed to have him by our side.

Chris was awesome! He was on the ball through the whole process. Gave us great feedback back on what to fix and how to showcase our house the best. He replied back to our questions same day! Very knowledgeable about updates and different loans and what they require so we can pass inspection. Our house was on the Market for 48 hours!!!! Definitely recommend!
