Above and Beyond
It was our first time purchasing a home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Chris was always transparent and helpful. We looked at a lot of fixer-uppers, and he consistently offered his opinion based on past experience, always looking out for our best interests. Once we finally found the home we wanted, the seller turned out to be a major hassle. Without Chris, I would have lost my mind. Between bickering over the addendum and a seller who wouldn’t turn over the keys—almost ending in an eviction suit—Chris was always there. He answered every question, even later in the evening. Not to mention, he continued working after our closing when the seller trespassed on our property! He truly went above and beyond for us, and we were blessed to have him by our side.

Great communication
Chris was awesome! He was on the ball through the whole process. Gave us great feedback back on what to fix and how to showcase our house the best. He replied back to our questions same day! Very knowledgeable about updates and different loans and what they require so we can pass inspection. Our house was on the Market for 48 hours!!!! Definitely recommend!

Working with Chris was excellent for us. He helped us set realistic expectations for what was in our price range and stuck it out with us for several months as we looked for a home. We appreciated his insight into what he thought was reasonable or not. One instance we came across was during the process of making and offer and debating the seller’s counter, and if we didn’t have Chris, we likely would have lost a significant amount of money. Chris earned our trust!

Chris was great to work with. In the process of selling my mother‘s home I was ill. I maintain Communication with Christopher and he was kind and patient. What should’ve been a short process lasted about eight months Christopher’s dedication to selling my house was greatly appreciated. His knowledge of what was going on in the market and how to price the home with stellar. I recommend Chris to anyone selling a home in Muskegon. Other homes in my neighborhood were for sale and they’re still for sale.
