Very Knowledgeable/Professional

Great Realtor
Chris helped me buy my first house several years ago and then sell my first house recently. He is friendly, professional, and timely. He is very knowledgeable on the market and pricing trends and will steer you in the right direction for making offers on a purchase or for pricing your house to sell. Chris always answered my questions and helped me navigate through the process easily. 10/10 would recommend him

My partner and I were looking for a home and she got in contact with Chris. Our first time meeting him, he was friendly and excited to help us being that we were first time home buyers. Throughout the several tours we did, any questions we had he answered in great detail. There wasn't any questions we had that were left unanswered. Definitely has great experience and knowledge in this profession. Examples include the condition of the houses and the realistic prices they should be at, any noticeable repairs or concerns about the house, history about the houses etc. Very honest and open about everything too Regarding how he conducts business and the transaction aspect of things too. I personally am going to recommend him to my friends/family any time they decide they want to buy a house. He's a great guy, he even gave us a gift after we bought our house! I think that's very generous considering he didn't have to!

Great knowledge of housing.

Chris is the real deal !
I had such a good time searching for my forever home. Chris was very knowledgeable about every home, answered every question I had, when I asked his honest opinion, he gave it. Chris was so helpful and professional! We had many ups and downs but he told me it will happen, we'd find the right house , and we did. Chris allowed me to text him with any questions I had anytime. Chris made this experience enjoyable and is all around just a great person. Anyone that knows Chris, says the same thing, what a great guy he is, he really is. I'm so grateful to have found him. I joked with him that not only was he my realtor, but also my advisor and GC. You don't meet people like Chris very often, it truly was a pleasure. I'm forever grateful to him.

Professional and friendly
Chris treated us with respect and was very knowledgeable in regards to selling our home. He was easy to communicate with and always available when we had questions or advice. He went beyond just the sale and offered to help with our cleaning out the home as we did not live locally. He was fast with our entire process and made everything possible given we were all in different locations. Chris provided us with the best options and made sure we got our best offers met. Everything with our sale was smooth because of how efficient Chris was.
