We worked with April and her team on the sale of our home in Berthoud, CO. The process went as smoothly as possible, and the team at Neuhaus Real Estate handled all of the work for us and made everything so convenient! April was on top of her game and made sure to stand firm in the negotiation process keeping our best interests in mind. I would highly recommend April and Neuhaus Real Estate

April Neuhaus and her team are the best around, hands down!!! Our first real estate agent experience in Colorado was less than pleasant. The thought of having to put our trust into another real estate agent was scary. Then we found April. She sold our last home and helped us buy our new one with no issues. The difference between our last experience and working with April is night and day. I would recommend Neuhaus Real Estate to every person looking to sell or buy a home. April Neuhaus does NOT disappoint. She makes sure everyone is well informed and on the same page. You definitely want her on your side!

Jace and Brenda are two of the most knowledgeable Realtors I've ever worked with. They are always punctual, responsive and always ready to negotiate in your favor. If it weren't for their help I wouldn't be in the home I am in today. They truly do make the home buying experience a breeze. Thanks Thorpe Team

My Agent, Mr. Thorpe, was fast and efficient, always available, very knowledgable about home listings, construction, regulations and paperwork. Provided all information related to purchases and did all contacts with all parties involved. Felt he was very reliable and trustworthy.

He was very helpful, got everything done and he was nice and knowledgeable. He was flexible with time when my husband was busy working and we were out of town trying to buy a house. I would highly recommend him.

Jace was infinitely valuable in our home buying experience. This was our first time purchasing new construction. His market insight and experience helped us establish confidence in areas that were "unfamiliar territory" to us. He was always accessible, at any hour; I've lost count of the number of times I reached out for his advice and council, and/or help clarifying things, or just needed a sounding board to express my concerns. Throughout the negotiation process, I was thankful to have Jace with us when things got complicated. Jace and Brenda are hardworking, kind and wonderful people; and I'm truly thankful that we had the opportunity to get to know them along the way.
