I am a hard person to please for sure. I told this to Joan up front but she was willing to still work with me. I contacted her in 2017 because I was moving to CO from KY with my family. She started sending me homes that was to my liking. When I arrived in CO, we met for the first time and it was a pleasure. She has a great upbeat attitude, knowledge of the area and not afraid to keep the momentum going. I was very satisfied with working with Joan. I'm sure she probably felt at times she wished she hadn't answered my call and I don't blame her. Lol ?? I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase or sell a home. Joan will work hard for you and see to it that you get everything out of the experience of buying and selling you are looking for!

Jace and Brenda did an outstanding job. Response time was always very fast; one of them were always available to do a same-day showing in order to react to our tough local market. Documentation was provided in an organized manner and was accurate. Knowledge of local market issues was excellent. They were always prompt, courteous and professional. After months of searching for the right home [we were pretty picky], Jace and Brenda found us a great home for the right price in the area we wanted. We’ve really enjoyed working with Brenda and Jace Thorpe these last few months. They regularly keep us posted of new listings and are readily available to show us our properties of interest. Which we greatly appreciate because of my husband’s irregular work schedule. Even if it’s last minute, they are eager to help us and provide the necessary information. It’s been a while since we’ve been house hunting but Jace and Brenda have been quite patient and understanding with us as we search for our new home. Especially too because we have special requests in what we are looking for. We never feel pressured or overwhelmed in dealing with either one of them. A friend of ours recommended working with the Thorpe’s and we would highly recommend them too!

April Neuhaus and her team are the best around, hands down!!! Our first real estate agent experience in Colorado was less than pleasant.
