I was the first time home buyer, and very nervous about complicated house purchasing processes. My first agent kind of ignored me when I ran into loan application approval issue. I felt hopeless until I have met Phi. He explained detail every steps of home buying thingy. He also recommended few mortgage brokers which worked well for my finance situation. He helped to extend the finance contingency period until my loan has been finally approved. I am sure that If it was not Phi, I could not be able to own my sweet townhouse today. Strongly recommend Phi to anyone, who especially first time home buyer newbie like me!

I felt lucky when having Phi realtor for my house finding mission. Phi has exceptional negotiation skill. He identified few houses among our top list, the pointed out which house could get better price reduction based on the number of day on rhe market, costmetic condition, and how motivate the seller is. Based on his analysis, we were able to purchase a great house with 10k off, and further 4k toward to the closing cost to address the concern with the property after home inspection report.
