Absolutely amazing Realtor that went above and beyond every step of the way!

Katelyn is a wonderful Realtor overall, I wouldn't hesitate going forward, but if you still have doubt, read along! 1. INTEGRITY - Katelyn prioritized my wife's and my interests above anything else and worked non-stop to accommodate our needs over money or the hopes of a sale. 2. EXPERIENCE - Katelyn was very obviously the most experienced agent in our entire sale, often taking the time to help the buying side as well with guidance. 3. COMMUNICATION SKILLS - Never feel short or delayed communication, never left feeling like we were yearning for a response. Extremely attentive and thorough! 4. MARKET KNOWLEDGE - Knew our market up and down, was spot on every step of the way. 5. NEGOTIATION SKILLS - Got us the best offer possible. Even with some buyer shenanigans attempted right near the finish line Katleyn stayed on our side and strong. 6. AVAILABILITY - Katelyn went above an beyond. Was always available whenever we had random questions along the way and with multiple feet of snow arriving right before the viewings / open house was all over it to help out and make sure the house was accessible. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind throughout the whole home-buying process.

Nate was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was extremely responsive and worked with us extensively to schedule tours and put in offers. As first time home buyers, he helped us every step of the way and was able to answer any and all questions we asked. He walked us through each step of the process and was available any time we needed help or advice about the process. I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a house!

Demetrius was extremely helpful at getting it to the closing table.

Even helped out during the Holidays like Christmas and New Years to make it happen. I'd recommend him to anybody who need a Good Real Estate Agent. He even gives housewarming gifts at closing... don't know if that's standard practice, but we'll take it.
