I had a friend help me find Katrina because I had fired my other realtor and needed a new one right away. I was in the middle of losing my dad and having to pack up and sell my childhood home. When I first met Katrina she was so personable and friendly I felt a sense of calm, something I wasn't feeling before with the other realtor. I was able to talk to her but when it came down to business she got the job done. When I hired her I literally felt her take control of the situation I was in and take the stress off me. Ashley was always professional in handling the sale of our home in Littleton. She knows all metro area markets and how to appropriately price homes to maximize sellers price while getting multiple offers. She was available via text or phone call for all our questions during the selling process. Her team of cleaners and stagers helped our home stand out compared to other listings in our neighborhood.
