Caitlin came recommended to us by a friend and while we had planned to go with another agent, the moment we met her, we (my husband and I) both felt that she was the right choice. She came prepared and shared honestly with us about the process, so we knew exactly what to expect (with regards to what can be predictable when selling a home :) ). While she took care of everything to present our home in the most beautifully professional way, she was also very astute to what the sellers are going through during this time. She responded to all of our questions immediately and if she didn't have the answers, she found them and relayed them to us in a very timely manner. Caitlin was also very good at looking through any legal jargon and translating it to us in a way that made sense and helped us feel more comfortable...we trusted her implicitly! Caitlin also worked very hard with us to help us find a place to move into after our sale. She showed us multiple properties and knew exactly what to look for and what questions to ask, on our behalf. Once, Caitlin understood what we were looking for, she even helped us not "settle" for something that wasn't really what we wanted. We started looking outside of the area that she services, but she has been wonderful at referring us to professionals in those areas. On one occasion, when we found a beautiful property nearly 7 hours away from Denver, she did make the trip to go through it with us. That was way above and beyond, and not something she could do repeatedly, but because we felt so good about this property and trusted her opinion and abilities so much, she agreed that one time. If necessary and possible, we will reach out to Caitlin again...no additional moves planned at this time, but Caitlin is someone we will stay in contact with and refer others to in the future.
