In maybe the toughest market of all time he was able to get us a gorgeous home in one of the most competitive areas of Colorado. The Denver housing market is no joke, especially with the floods of people coming to the city and state because of Covid. I am SO happy we went with Caitlin for our home purchase here in Denver and couldn't have imagined the experience being as great as it was with anyone else! After touring several houses that ended up having multiple offers way over ask, we were lucky enough to find a house off-market! That may not seem like a big deal, but Caitlin had stayed in touch with the old realtor of the house for TWO years as it sat with renters, waiting for the day the owner would want to list it again.
