We found Caitlin through a friend who recommended her and we are so so glad we did! In this market, the right realtor is key. Caitlin took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for down to every detail and her industry and local knowledge continues to impress us. When we found the house we knew was ours, she did everything she could to make our offer strong and guided us through each step of the process. That may not seem like a big deal, but Caitlin had stayed in touch with the old realtor of the house for TWO years as it sat with renters, waiting for the day the owner would want to list it again. Caitlin has a true passion for real estate and was available at all times to answer questions. She is not only an amazing realtor, but an amazing person that we are now lucky to call a friend.
