Jonathan is an excellent agent, very professional and on top of finding properties to fit the client's needs. I have used his services several times and he never disappoints. He has been a great help in guiding us, getting us thru the process and to the finish line. I would highly recommend Jonathan Woods to anyone who is serious about finding a property of their dreams and / or selling their current home.

From the beginning of our discussion about a potential sale through the closing on the house Jonathan could not have been more caring, thoughtful, and quick to respond to all my requests and concerns. I have already started recommending Jonathan and will continue passing on my highest satisfaction with all he did.

In today’s market, I figured that it would be a while before I could buy a home, as there’s a housing shortage, and I’m not a a cash buyer. I’m happy to report that after several conversations with Jonathan about my image of the perfect home for me, he sent me a listing in a fantastic area, and in my budget. The first condo he showed me was just what I was looking for. We made an offer, and can you believe believe it, it was accepted below asking price! Jonathan was there to support be through the whole process, and I am deeply thankful to him for his professionalism, kindness and support.

We’re very pleased with Edmond’s assistance during the purchase of our new house. He is very helpful and goes beyond his duties as a real estate agent. This purchase was worry free, since Edmond did his due diligence on all aspects of this transaction. We highly recommend him.

I started looking for a home without knowing what to expect and how things work. But having Edmond as my realtor everything was very easy for me to understand. He explained every detail of the process and was by my side any moment I needed him. Edmond is a very caring and hardworking person, with very positive attitude and intelligent. Easy to talk with and friendly. I can’t find words to thank him for being my realtor and a friend in the same time. I will work with him again when the next moment arrives. Thank you Edmond for being who you are.

Carrie knows her stuff and what she doesn't know, she finds out. She is patient, and reacts well to the "I'm not sure " ebbie jeebies"! She always replies quickly , and works hard to help you jump on the property you are interested in. She helped us buy one property, and sell the other. She is a true professional, and with her caring ways, she also becomes your friend.

We did everything online thanks to Edmonds help. He connected to the Masson Tile Agency who did all our paperwork and signatures, and payments.
