We've had realtors quit us in the past because we weren't willing to settle for one of 5 or 6 houses that were shown to us. Brad Grubenhoff is unlike any realtor we've ever had the pleasure to work with. We lived in Indiana and Brad screened homes for us to view online. We vacationed in North Port/Port Charlotte Fl a couple of times per year. Brad set up showings for us on short notice when we were in the area and he did video showings for us when we were in Indiana.
