We live in England UK and from the time we contacted Nathan to look for a house for us in Sarasota he was absolutely fantastic with regular market updates and then when we eventually fluover to look at a few houses he was patient and helpful until we found our lovely home. We've had realtors quit us in the past because we weren't willing to settle for one of 5 or 6 houses that were shown to us. Brad Grubenhoff is unlike any realtor we've ever had the pleasure to work with. We lived in Indiana and Brad screened homes for us to view online. We vacationed in North Port/Port Charlotte Fl a couple of times per year. Brad set up showings for us on short notice when we were in the area and he did video showings for us when we were in Indiana. He showed us about 12 homes in person and sent us hundreds of others to review online. Brad either answered our calls or got back with us almost immediately. He found what he believed would be the perfect home for us and did a video walk-through for us. Based on the walk-through and, just as important to us, Brad's knowledge of our tastes and expectations, we made an offer without seeing the house in person. Our offer was accepted and we excitedly saw the house in person 3 weeks later. Our trust in Brad was validated as the house was everything we had hoped it would be. We have grown to view Brad as not only our realtor, he is also now our friend.
