At first I was just looking and seeing what was out there. Then I told Matt I wanted some space from my neighbors. He sent me a listing and my wife and I wanted to see it. We both loved it, we started talking about offers soon after. I wanted to do a contingency of selling our property first. Matt explained the pro and cons. My daughter suggested buying it out right with a VA loan, since mine was paid off. This led to a conversation on a workable offer. Matt gave his expert advise and from that we came up with an offer. Score! Then the real work began, he kept me up to date on everything. Questions were answered in away that I and my Wife understand. And my Wife can ask a lot of questions. His attention to detail and explanation of all questions made buying this house every easy. Not to say problems didn't come, Matt would get me the help I needed to complete the job. Matt was thrilled when the offer was excepted and no counter was made. Matt helped us when we were questioning our move and assured us things were good, helping to stifle our fears. Day or night even on his time off he took notice of my wife and myself helping us through any situation. He listened, heard us and gave us the direction to navigate the home buying process. I made the decision to purchase a condo in Bradenton, Florida. I liked the idea of being close to Ana Maria Island. I had very little knowledge of the area and unsure of what I really wanted to buy. Matt was very patient and professional in my pursuit. With Matt’s guidance, I did learn after looking at several properties and locations what I really wanted.
