At first I was just looking and seeing what was out there. Then I told Matt I wanted some space from my neighbors. He sent me a listing and my wife and I wanted to see it. We both loved it, we started talking about offers soon after. I wanted to do a contingency of selling our property first. Matt explained the pro and cons. My daughter suggested buying it out right with a VA loan, since mine was paid off. This led to a conversation on a workable offer. Matt gave his expert advise and from that we came up with an offer. Score! Then the real work began, he kept me up to date on everything. Questions were answered in away that I and my Wife understand. And my Wife can ask a lot of questions.
