My husband and I are Canadian citizens who own a home in Sarasota Florida. Two years ago, my husband developed several cancers that would not allow us to return to our southern home. We contacted Marian Walsh, whom we knew through mutual friends, to sell our home for us. Marian worked very hard on readying our house for listing, hiring contractors to fix deficiencies, movers to clear out furniture and even arranged for some of our antiques to be auctioned off. The house listed on January 3, 2025, and an offer was received from the second viewer in just a few days. The buyers were allowed 13 days for an inspection of the house and property. Their inspector noted some problems the facia and exterior painting which Marian arranged for correction. Whenever an issue arose, Marian handled it promptly after consulting with us.
