Jennifer is an amazing Agent. In trying to sell my mother's house in another Sarasota, while I live and work in Tampa. She walked me through the process every step of the way, answered all my questions, constantly providing updates, and even assisted in removing items from the house that could not be auctioned off. Including taking items and donating them to charity and having her daughter sell items on Facebook Market place, and even arranging cleanup services on my behalf! She went above and beyond what most agents do. I cant say enough about how good she is. And everything was done with a happy friendly personality. My wife and I have dealt with two other agents in the past four years. Mathew totally destroyed our views of real estate agents. I can only refer to past experiences with past real estate agents we felt was deceptive to those who worked beyond our expectations. Neither of the two experiences can surpass our experience with Matthew. Our connection began a year ago, via the internet. Despite the 1400-mile difference between us, Mathew was able to bring Florida into our lives in Massachusetts. His concern for our needs through technology provided us with valuable information imperative to closing the distance gap and making it possible for us to understand what was available to us in an unfamiliar land to us. Mathew continually monitored the dilemma that was hampering a sooner conclusion to a closing on our property. His contact with us helped us survive a horrific 10-month closing on property in Massachusetts. He would always provide us with information that might help us better understanding our situation. Very responsive and knowledgeable!! It was easy to work with Brad. He gets right to the point but also being down to earth. He was able to get all info that was needed on the property and more in a timely manor. - I’ve done many real estate transactions the hardest part is getting questions answered and the process executed in a timely manner due to communication issues about 9 out of 10 times. But not he case with brad he made it easy like it should be. If you are going to sell a property or looking at a property listed by midway Realty I would recommend calling Bradley direct to take care of you.

This woman NEVER gives up! Becky was with us for when we were just looking until we turned into serious buyers. We were 800 miles away! Becky kept us updated with new listings, didn’t waste our time with out of price range or out of the area we wanted, she would tour homes and send us videos.
