With that helped us find the place we've been hoping for! Since this was a long distance sale Brad took care of everything from making phone calls and setting up an inspection. He was very knowledgable and guided us every step of the way even doing a walk thru with us via phone!! Jennifer is an amazing Agent. In trying to sell my mother's house in another Sarasota, while I live and work in Tampa. She walked me through the process every step of the way, answered all my questions, constantly providing updates, and even assisted in removing items from the house that could not be auctioned off. Including taking items and donating them to charity and having her daughter sell items on Facebook Market place, and even arranging cleanup services on my behalf! She went above and beyond what most agents do. I cant say enough about how good she is. And everything was done with a happy friendly personality. My wife and I have dealt with two other agents in the past four years. Mathew totally destroyed our views of real estate agents. I can only refer to past experiences with past real estate agents we felt was deceptive to those who worked beyond our expectations. Neither of the two experiences can surpass our experience with Matthew. Our connection began a year ago, via the internet. Despite the 1400-mile difference between us, Mathew was able to bring Florida into our lives in Massachusetts. His concern for our needs through technology provided us with valuable information imperative to closing the distance gap and making it possible for us to understand what was available to us in an unfamiliar land to us. Mathew continually monitored the dilemma that was hampering a sooner conclusion to a closing on our property.
