Jonathan works for you. If you’re the buyer or seller he goes beyond expectations. I have used him for five sales and one purchase. As representing the seller Jonathan holds multiple open house multiple days to get as many people in to see the property in order to get the best price. As a buyer, I had specific needs for a condo in specific buildings. He sent handwritten letter to the owners on my behalf and it worked.
