Great to work with and VERY knowledgeable!

We sold our home with Dale on 1/28/2025. It was a great experience. When we bought our home years ago with a different agent it was a mess! With Dale it was a night and day difference. She helped us sell it quick and at the price we were looking for. She walked us through all the steps and kept in touch with us the whole way. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Excellent is the only word to describe Dale Kubala! She is the best realtor, always looking out for our best interests. So knowledgeable about the community, the property and the HOA rules and fees! Dale was always there, even we weren’t.

Sale was pretty smooth despite us being 3,000 miles away in our RV. There were of course issues with the county and paperwork, part of life nowadays. But she was always the calm in the storm. Dale has plenty of experience and resources to get through to closing. It was time for some changes in our lives and Dale helped us get well on our way to a new and exciting adventure.
