She is the consummate professional exhibiting her knowledge of the market, expertise on how to stage your home, keen eye for selling points, stellar negotiation skills, timely communications and always displaying patience and good humor. David, her husband, is a master at making suggestions of things that an home inspector may find troublesome. He even fixes some of the things!
