Long helped us find the house we were looking for, despite it taking timr to find the right one. What impressed me most is that she continued to help us with the new house well past closing, helping us get it emptied of a lot of stuff that got left behind. Long is easy to deal with, easy to get a hold of and clearly dedicated to helping her clients. We would absolutely recommend her. She knows Marco Island inside and out.

I really appreciated Scott’s knowledge of the market and the advice he gave me during a downturn in sales and prices. I also enjoyed working with him as he has a great positive attitude. He was also very understanding why it was hard for me to sell my condo! He and his wife make a great team to work with. If I decide to buy another property it will be with Scott’s help!

Alice in our experience is very unique when it comes to realtors in Marco Island. She took time with us, looked at several properties in many locations on the island, and always had time to meet or discuss what we were looking for. We had several areas we were considering, South Beach Area, Smokehouse Bay, Residence Beach, Old Marco, etc. Alice took us to each of those areas, listened to our comments, and really found a property that would fit both of our desires, which were quite different. In the end, she found the perfect place for us and even helped tremendously with the work before the closing, inspections, final walk through, while we were out of the country. Some of the other realtors we met with in the past didn't seem to have the time for us. We would highly recommend Alice to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Naples/Marco Island area. I don't think you will find another realtor that will go the extra mile as she did.
