There is no better person to help you find the home of your dreams! Sara is a “matchmaker” and she listened to all our “must haves”. The one that was on the top of our list was a home in SW Florida with a pool. Every morning, the first thing she did was look at listings that were a match for us. It didn’t take her long to call me at my home in Georgia saying she’d found our home. That very same day she walked through the home and had me on Facetime showing all it had to offer. Then she opened the blinds to the outside lanai and there was a huge lanai with a spa pool, lake, and the 5th hole on a golf course. She blew us away by finding this home. The listing didn’t mention the pool, but Sarah did some research because she had an inkling that there was one. Unfortunately, the listing agent didn’t show it, and all those out-of-state buyers lost out, but because of Sarah’s due diligence, we are in the home of our dreams! I highly recommend Sarah because she goes above and beyond and she’s now our friend for life.
